Yesterday was my first time visiting Carolina Smile. It’s always a bit nerve wrecking when going to a new dentist but Tessa made sure I was comfortable from start to finish! She was fun, personable and very knowledgeable. Dr. Sheftall, I feel, treated me as if I was his own. He answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and gave me advice in a way that was easy to implement. God’s blessings this amazing team! I look forward to my next visit and have already been telling others about my amazing experience.

I’ve been a patient here since I moved to the area 3 years ago. I go every 6 months like clockwork for routine cleanings. I cannot think of one bad thing to say. I HATE going to the dentist in general, but I am always at ease when I come here. They present a true family atmosphere. Stephanie has been my hygienist on most of my visits and she has been AWESOME every time. Always nice and always asks about my family and other conversations we had from six months before. Their appointments are always on time and they are efficient with my time as well! Thank you to Stephanie, Dr. Seth and the rest of the staff for always setting me at ease for one of my least favorite chores. Lol

This place is great! I usually can’t say that about a dentist but these guys are great. You feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and that doesn’t change throughout the entire visit. Stephanie was awesome and very informative and was sure to keep me involved in my care. Netflix was also awesome and kept my mind off of everything. After my visit Brittany sat down with me and explained my treatment plans and the cost. Everyone answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Definitely making this my regular dentist office!!

This is the best dental clinic I have ever been in my lifetime. I had my cleaning done without any pain. Everyone here is so nice. I also removed my wisdom teeth pulled out without any pain. I didn’t even feel anything when the surgeon pulled out the teeth. I highly recommend this place.

Had a great appointment with Dr. Seth and her nurse Tracy. Everything was awesome. They are so helpful and caring. Tracy did a wonderful job making sure everything was spot on and meticulous!! Thanks guys!!

I had a chipped tooth and was in a panic to get in somewhere to get it fixed. I called several dentist offices and no one could get me in any time soon. I called Carolina Smile and they got me in that same day and fixed my tooth in record time! Also I couldn’t believe how affordable they were! The staff and the dentist were so amazing and comforting. I am so glad I found them!!

Tracy is an amazing dental hygienist! When I had to get a new crown, she held my hand when the dentist had to inject the novocaine. She was very empathetic and made me feel cared for during the procedure. Dr. Atkinson was wonderful as well and made me feel comfortable. She was very aware of when I needed a break and rest my jaw. Both of these women had great feminine intuition!

Alisha and Dr. Seth made my visit for a filling quick and painless. Initially, I was nervous but once the work started I began to see they knew exactly what they were doing and worked well together. I would recommend Carolina Smile to all friends and family.

Cat is the best! She is wonderful with patients of all ages. She is a welcoming face or voice to so many! She is organized and efficient and will make sure that the experience is the best. Cat makes walking into the dentist the best ever ?
